Windows font size causing E10 form fields to get cut-off

Hi guys,

I received a help ticked from one of our users that the right-most fields are getting cut-off when their Windows 7 font size is set to Medium (125%) instead of small (100%). We’re on 10.0.700.4.

Is there a way to fix this for the user? We don’t want to scaling each individual field and label on every form, since that’ll affect everyone. Or is it a bug?

Yes, this has been addressed since 10.0.700.4.

Just digging through the search for this topic.

What was the fix for this one?

We have an issue on some screens which are actually a projector, so the scaling is upped to 125%, and the field labels are all being cut off as the text is scaled up.

FYI, we’re on 10.2.100.
