We got some sales orders and some order lines in open sales orders keep closing once we invoice them. Anyone had this issue before? Please help. Thanks.
Shipment invoice will close the Sales order line if ship complete. What type of invoice are you creating?
There is a feature on sales orders that if the Lock line quantity checkbox is set and the master release ( release 1 ) of a multi release line is completed it will close all of the releases and the line.

I thought “Lock Qty” meant tge line qty remained constant, and that adding releases, would subtract their qty from the first release.
If line qty is 50, the first release created automatically sets the release qty to 50. If you add a 2nd release and set its release qty to 10, release #1’s qty changes to 40.

Thank you all. Some users unselect the Ready to Process in sales order and want to create shipment again the sales order and let the Sales Orders keep open even after invoicing.
