is this what you mean?

finished part A (is assembly 0 on the job) Sometimes we just have the
final assembly and packaging on this part.
.Assy1 Part B some materials and machine ops as a sub assembly to A which
is consumed by A
..Assy2 Part C some materials and machine ops as a sub assembly to B
which is consumed by B
.Assy3 Part D some materials and machine ops as a sub assembly to A which
is consumed by A

and so on. the (.)in front of the sub assembly shows it as a component of
the main part, and (..) shows it as a component to the subassembly it is
following.

Every assembly can be composed of other machined parts, they are sub
assemblies to it.
Example:
We have had plates we machine and then weld to 2 stand-offs. They each have
their own material, and operations. The welding is the subcontract op.
When this is finished, they are a completely new part number. Complete the
job/assemblies, and the costs roll up to the next level. The new part is
used as a component to a larger machine as well.

1.Does any one have example of how to Create Job/BOM with multiple
examples where master part no changes from A to B when send out to
subcontractor for something and then come back with different part no C.

Also how can we track inventory of parts like them.
HOw can we track Work in process.

2.Another example where we don't know how to create BOM is:

Master manufactured parts has multiple operations with no of others
components which are also manufactured at the facility.
