We have 10.2.700.8 (2020) still same issue . even if time and expense says operation Qty completed… Job tracker does not shows green tick and Job closing shows as exception operation not completed.
Any solution ??
We wrote a SQL query against the DB for this, searching for labor records that complete the qty, but the job op still showing open. We generate a DMT file from the query and update our records via DMT. We run this once a day each morning. Not very elegant, but I never heard of any fixes.
Anyone know if there has been any updates on this? We are running into the same thing - specifically with the Subcontract receipts.

The only thing I spotted after several observations That once operation is completed by any person. If someone tries to attempt to add any further detail in that operation and by mistake remove the tick mark for both operation complete and complete…that green tick disappear.
.
Bottom line… once the operation completed with green tick … Do not touch that operation.
I only find this so far…
