One user tried to log in and got the following error.
Please help.

GetDechunkedStringByID

Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints.

Saw this fairly frequently on 10.0.700.4 and it went hand in hand with all the users recents disappearing.

You can press OK on the error, about 12 times or so I recall. When you then close and re-open Epicor, it should be just fine. Not sure what version you’re on.

Thanks a lot, Mark. Yes, we did exactly the way you said and it works. We are on 100.1.500 version.
