Fax Server/Software and Vantage

We use zeta fax server on our network of 25 computers. It works flawlessly. Our only issue was not having the server answer the fax line because it was sharing the phone line. Other than that we are very happy with the results.

What platform do you run your email on? Also, are you going to be using
DID?

We use FaxSr on an Exchange server. Right now we send only. But we
send sales orders,
quotes, and purchase orders right from the desktop using customized
Crystal
reports (Company Logo and address). Works very well.

Take a look at NetSatisFaxtion. I just replaced our old Winfax
PRO for Networks server with it. Seems very good so far. Nice
thing about it is that the server portion it run on Win95, Win98 or
WinNT. Right now till the end of July they will give you a free
two port fax card (not just a fax/modem) with your order.
Has a nice email gateway to forward faxes out over email to
remote users.

We use Fax for Domino which integrates nicely with our Lotus Notes email
system. By the way, if anyone is interested, I have an unused copy of
Cheyenne's FaxServe which will work with Outlook if there are any outlook
users out there. I also have an extra Brooktrout fax board with one DID
channel and one loop channel.
