E9.05.70A: Reports giving errors

once i had this issue 'CrystalDecisions.ReportSource.ReportSourceFactory' with other product..so i went to report server IIS and set Enable 32-Bit Application to false in Application Pool...

Crystal Report 2008 Runtime SP3 is what I started with before Crystal Reports 2010 SP3.

Crystal Reports XI R2.Net 3.0 runtime SP5 gave the following error.

Thank you for your assistance but this did not work.

Crystal Report 2008 Runtime SP3 is what I started with before Crystal Reports 2010 SP3.

Crystal Reports XI R2.Net 3.0 runtime SP5 gave the following error.

Are you getting the error on all clients? Win XP, Win 7?

We were told to install the 32 Bit Crystal Reports runtime on the clients, regardless of the operating system it was installed on.
