E10 MES error "Menu ID UDEndAct is not valid for current user"

We are currently upgrading from 905702a to latest vs of E10.

Logged into MES and started activity, when same user clicks End Activity, this error message displays:
“Menu ID UDEndAct is not valid for current user”
Tried with other users and the same thing happens.

Has anyone encountered this? Is is a new setting in the employee record that needs to be tweaked???

Check the Employee Maintenance for that user. Are they marked as production?

I am having the same issue with one employee and he is marked as Production. Any other ideas on what would cause this?

Anyone find any solution? the user can end activity on other PCs but not on theirs.

I have reinstalled Epicor but still no luck

Hate to dig this up, but we’re running into this today. So, what was the solution even if the employee was marked as production? Anyone?
