E10 - EDI Forecast error - the underlying provider failed on enlisttransaction

We can import and process a forecast document manually but if we set the document on the customer to auto process we always receive this error in Demand Entry - “the underlying provider failed on enlisttransaction” and have to process the document manually each time. We have no BPM’s that are active but it certainly points to some kind of BPM update issue. We can auto process Firm releases with no problem

Hey Mark, did you ever get any resolution on this? We have having the same error message with backflush process running as a task.

I am also facing the same issue ‘the underlying provider failed on enlisttransaction’ while trying to integrate many lines into GlJrnDtlMnl. Can any one please provide the solution for this?
For some lines only I am facing this issue.
