Does ResourceTimeUsed.EstHours include setup time?

Hello All,

Do you know if ResourceTimeUsed.EstHours includes setup time for the resource group?

The data dictionary field description says, “The estimated hours associated with this JobOpMac.” This is very brief and not helpful. Also, what is JobOpMac? I can’t find that table.
