After the latest pilot refresh we had to have a configurator re-imported. Everything looks 100% correct, all the rules are the same as before. But they don’t seem to run at all. Is there any kind of log file I can check for errors? I have tried un-approving and approving both the configurator and the part revision, cleared the client cache, and rebuilt the configurator sequence. Anything else I should check?

With a lot of help from Epicor this issue was resolved. The “Use Stage Numbers” somehow got checked on the revision. They went in and set it to false via SQL and the configurator rules started working again.
