THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• The Vice President of Infrastructure will build IT transformation, create policies, and drive global IT strategy
• This position will build out long term IT strategy, systems implementations, and IT service management
• Develop IT systems policies, security, and regulatory compliance
• Provide ERP strategy and management over implementation
• Support integrations of systems during mergers or acquisitions
• Maintain and develop disaster recovery, data storage, and business continuity plans
• Manage the department’s budget and IT resources
• Manage the companies vendors and software licensing agreements
COMMUNITY:
• Charlotte NC – South Charlotte / Ballantyne
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in IT Operations and management
• Strong background in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience with systems integrations and ERP systems
• Proven capabilities in running an IT organization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership
