After running the Reserve function in Fulfillment Workbench, we have some parts that are being reserved even though there is not enough quantity in the primary warehouse/bin. When you reserve parts for customer orders, does the function look at all non-nettable bin locations? Also, does it look at anything coming through on WIP?
Example:
Part A - quantity of 6 in primary warehouse/bin. There are 3 oldest customer orders of 20, 10, and 126. It reserves those parts, resulting in an available qty of -150. No other customer orders for this part are reserved. There are quantities in RMA Inspection status, which the warehouse/bin is set as nettable.
