Delta Flight Products is a rapidly expanding subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. Our mission is dedicated to creating the best aircraft cabin interiors and systems. We are seeking an experienced EPICOR ERP Administrator to take the lead on managing and maintaining our EPICOR system. Specific duties will include the following:
The administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, optimizing and customizing EPICOR v10 and supporting systems.
Installing and managing maintenance upgrades, handling software issues, testing new functionality and configuration changes, new reports/forms/dashboards for various departments and managers
Leads and directs the efforts of an internal Epicor functional team and outside consultants to manage our company’s needs and projects using Epicor Development tools. We are currently preparing for a V10 reimplementation and this person will be a key contributor in that effort.
Implement and test new modules, reports, interfaces and customizations
Ensure all required security, upgrade and maintenance activities are performed on a timely basis
Resolve application-related issues in appropriate time
Create/update technical and functional documentation
Work with business users to understand and address needs
Create and modify customizations and applications; develop, test and implement configurations when needed
Perform data uploads and exports using Epicor DMT
Assists users with training
Develops both strategic & tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety & well-being.
Four year degree related to a technical or business discipline PLUS at least 5 years of relevant work experience required.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Epicor ERP administration with demonstrated proficiency application administration and system maintenance. Experience with Epicor v10 strongly preferred.
Experience with Epicor customizations including UI customizations, BAQs, Dashboards and BPMs as well as Crystal/SSRS reports creation and modification.
Demonstrable work experience with MS SQL Server, including account administration and SQL query development.
Demonstrated ability to program using C#, or similar language. JavaScript and XML experience a plus.
Demonstrated ability to develop database driven reports. SSRS preferred, Crystal or equivalent acceptable.
High level of initiative and problem solving skills, able to anticipate service issues before they occur
Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to constructively interact with co-workers and service providers of all levels
