Not a lot of context to go on. If you want to directly edit a UD table, add it via a menu option udXXEntry.dll, replace XX with UD table name, there is one for each UD table. This provides a screen that you can use to add/modify/delete records in a UD table.
If there is something else you have in mind you will need to share a bit more on what you are looking to do.
