I was wondering how everyone has their UPS configured to shut down
their Vantage database in the event of a power failure.
Specifically, have you created a file that you have your UPS software
execute prior to server shutdown? If yes, what does the file
contain, i.e. what command sequence will quickly and gracefully shut
down the database and anything else that needs to be shut down?
