I Have two environments that will show under the same taskbar Icon only in classic view. Users demand to use classic view. My live and a test environment will show up in the same icon but the training and another test environment won’t. Any Ideas on whats happening?
Did you find out what was going on here? I have a user with the same issue.

Are you sure it does actually open two different environments under one Taskbar Icon? One user was having an issue with the config files actually opening the same environment.
