Troubles Upgrading from Vantage 5.2 to 6.1

Rick,

Search with "4040MPS, 2827MPS, 3950MPS" as the text.
Check the check box for "Search Any Word". But you still need commas between
each word.

It does not search very logically.

For example if you search for "upgrade" you will get item 19.

I have tried to get the 2827MPS, 3950MPS, and 4040MPS as you mentioned;
however, since they are not associated with my company epicor
doesn't allow me to view them. I searched the answerbook over and
over those documents wont come up.


I feel like epicor keeps us in the dark on purpose, I hope that is not
the case, but why can't I access those and other incidents in the e-portal?
