I am trying to use epicor manifiest to ship a shipment via manifest via ups and getting an error message saying I cant freight. Invoice Line Total MonetaryValue must be greater than 0
Anytime you ship something to Canada your shipment must have a value. Don’t ship a part with zero sales order price. UPS requires some value even if it is $1. We have seen this when shipping an overnight check. Ended up putting $1 value on the shipment and then it went through just fine.

Sorry for digging up this old post… We are getting this same error message try to Ship to Puerto Rico. The Sales Order Line has a value, has anyone run into this before and know the fix?
can you give a screen shot of the error so we can see what it is
