Setting up 2nd Company unable to rebuild Display GL Accounts

I am setting up a 2nd company in my test environment and in the COA I have a yellow flag that I need to run rebuild display GL Accounts.
So I go to that program. Pick my COA. And process.
Nothing shows up in my Task Monitor.
If I go to my original company and run the same process it shows up in my task monitor and completes.

What am I missing here?

FYI I am not using Global COA. But both of my COAs are named the same and have the same structure.
Natural Account Segment values could be global

I haven’t used Global COA before. Would it be easier to just do that?

I actually tried to run some other processes and it doesn’t seem like anything for the new company is getting registered by system task agent. Nothing is going to the system monitor.

So it seems like with the set up of a new company it isn’t handling processes for the 2nd company.

Make sure the user account that the Task Agent uses has access to your second Company. You can add access in User Account Security Maintenance.

My User Print account didn’t have access to the new company. I am up and running now!!! Wow I am humbled. Forest for the trees. Thanks for the help
