Look at the "Web Services Developer Guid.pdf" in your Epicor server installation directory.  For us, it is here on the Epicor server:

You may have to interpret.  It has a FAQ section which includes how to delete a row, how to clear a column, how to set the Plant AND Company in the current call context, etc.  Good read.

Subject: [Vantage] Service Connect---Delete Operation

I am writing a service connect workflow to delete specific operations within engineering workbench. There is a webservice DeleteByID but that is only to delete the ECO group. There is no inputs for operation. I ran a trace on the delete operation within vantage and didn't discover much useful information except that an Update webservice was used. Can anyone shed some light on how to delete an operation via Service Connect and Vantage 8. I have tried RowMod = 'D' But that didn't work either.... :(

Thank in advance

Daniel
