Sales Order lines not closing after shipping by just one user

Hi all,

I have an issue with just one user. He is a back up shipper and when he ships sales orders, marks the customer shipment entry shipped, it is not closing the order lines. His user and employee are setup exactly like the other two who are working just fine. We do not use pack out, staging, etc. Just simple straight forward shipping. Any ideas? By the way, this is occurring with domestic and international orders.

Hi Chris,

When we have had problems with this in the past , it has sometimes been due to shipped complete not being checked on the line. Any chance your user is unchecking this or system is not checking this?

When you look at part transaction history tracker, do you see many qty ins and outs during the shipment, as if user is struggling with it somehow? These can sometimes bring shipping problems / training need to light.

When user goes to print and system asks if shipped, are they checking yes then or are they checking beforehand?
