Reports - Financial Wizard or Report Builder?

I need to create a report for our payroll person. It will only include
the G/L accounts she needs.

Check P/R Account
401K
Medicare
SS Tax withheld
Federal Withheld
State Inc. Tax withhelp
Wage Taxes
Health Insurance withheld

etc..

Should I do this in Financial Reports or Report Builder?
