Rejected problems with service

Does anyone know why Epicor never explains why they reject things on problems (at least with my cases)? This is all they put on there. And of course the wonderful e-mail “do you accept this solution?”

How do you guys normally respond to this?

In the one case I received that, it turned out to be a duplicate reported issue. It wasn’t exactly the same the solution to another issue covered it. Before I accepted the resolution, I asked the agent to explain, which reopened the call.

I’m hoping that’s the case. I’m asking for an explanation, I guess I’ll have to wait and see what they say.

This problem was not approved because the reported behavior is working as development intends–the reported behavior was introduced under SCR 155541.
