sophie, although we ship most jobs directly to the customer, this situation
is not uncommon for us either. we usually build the job to stock and enter
the sales order "pull from stock"- then the sales person monitors the
customer's ship date. per our standard contract, we have the right to charge
stocking fees after 30 days.
