Problems with client install on 5.2

I've seen this in the past and it had to do with the video settings. Make
sure the video is NOT set to use small fonts, etc. Also must be 800 X 600
or better resolution.

I am trying to set up a new computer and user in Vantage. The client
install seems to go fine, but when you use the shortcut to open Vantage I
get a series of four errors, all referring to the CONTROL-FRAME. The first
error is: Error occurred while creating CONTROL-FRAME: Spliter 1. Invalid
class string. Error code: Ox800401f3 (5898). Is anyone familiar with this
type of error?
