PO Suggestion Question

I need some clarification on what this field really means.

What do they mean by TRUE amount suggested? The amount it needs to increase or decrease or is it the new Release total. So if I had 93 on my PO and the suggestions said increase qty 14. Does that mean I increase it by 14 parts? I totally confused myself.

I believe that you would not (or should not) see it say to “increase” the order from 93 to 14… it would say to reduce it from 93 to 14. The quantity is what the new value should be.
