You can also use this "cheap fix" with ODBC to use for writing crystal
reports. I also use this for automating our 401k, direct deposits and
Flexible spending. I don't know what I did before I got this.

You could use Results, but that's the hard way.
You can use the Export utility and put it into any format you want. Export
takes care of the encryption.

Have you looked at the Earnings Report under Payroll/Reports?
