In Job Tracker > Operations > List there is a column Labor Rate. The field help is below. I cannot find this field anywhere.
Labor rate used for estimated production labor costs. Default from the OpMaster.ProdLabRate.

Where did you find this field?
I believe it was in OpMaster.ProdLabRate. But that is just for estimates and not the real labor rate. The real labor rate comes from employees pay rate, which is what I was looking for.
