My new CSR just tried putting a credit card into Epicor in order to process the order, and it let him go through the motions but wouldn’t input it into the order. I tried it on my account and it works fine. It works great for everybody but him. Ideas on why that is?
There’s a certificate that every machine needs; sounds like he may be missing it.
Ours is in c:\programdata\SDS___.SDSCERT on the machine.

Check to see his local computer has secure file installed.
