Multi Company Direct Process Stuck

Setting up Multi-company direct process after E9 to E10 upgrade, running into issues.
Multi-Company Direct Process keeps starting, but is not running (stays active in system monitor)
Running MC process still interferes with application, We see the Epicor is Offline /Retry or Close.

OutQueue is populating with Data, however is not clearing.

Any help is greatly appreaciated!

Make sure your password for the “Print” user has been configured properly. If you believe it has go to the System Agent Settings in Epicor and clear the username and password and re-type it.

I have had this issue in the past and all I had to do is change the username from Print to print - typically after I did a Production to Development database copy I have seen it.

In addition in the Admin Console you can go to the Task Agent and via the File Menubar there is an option to look at the Event Log of the Agent - see if you see odd stuff in there.
