MES - Random Pop Errors

One user is getting random pop error messages after logging in to MES. (Windows 10 PC). It is a shared PC that other users log into MES from and it is only happening to this one user that is getting these random pop errors. Checked and the user does not have an personalizations in MES.

“Employee ### not clocked in.”
“Menu ID UDEndAct is not valid for the current user.”
“Communication Layer Application error (7175)”
“Invalid method (7224)”

i recall battling this back in 9… It’s a caching issue by user. I don’t recall how to permanently resolve it as it’s been too long, but delete the cache folders and force them to repopulate get’s you past the errors.

I recall having to do something similar in the past. We’ll give it a try to delete the C:\ProgramData\Epicor folder and the %temp% folder location if that helps.
