The Middleby Corporation of Elgin, IL has a bunch of manufacturing companies (60-70). I can’t find any of them listed as members of EUG. I am looking for contact information for anyone involved with Epicor at one of these. If you know of someone at a Middleby subsidiary please contact me off-list. It appears I am going to soon be working at Middleby’s newest acquisition.
