Timken Gears and Services’ Philadelphia Gear brand has a current opening for a Senior IT Business Process Integration Analyst to work with users and department managers to identify areas of improvement in the utilization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Epicor) and also to define new ways to utilize the information collected and stored in the Business System to support the business.
Responsibilities include:
Optimize Epicor and identify / implement appropriate enhancement or new technologies
-Lead ERP governance
-Develop Epicor work plans and upgrades
-Develop and Manage the Epicor Roadmap to best support the business
-Manage prioritization of change requests
Epicor Lifecycle Plan
-Serve as the liaison between business process owners, IT and business operations to ensure alignment
-Develop medium and long term strategic plan for Epicor
-Lead business-analysis/developers efforts for new Epicor functionality and customizations
-Coordinate complex projects across multiple departments
Qualifications:
-Must have thorough understanding and experience with Epicor and manufacturing environments, preferably in the make to order environment
-Must have experience with Epicor customizations and workflow design
-SQL programming and administration experience preferred
-SSRS reporting and design experience preferred
Key Attributes:
Skilled in all basic MS Office products
The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and organization
Ability to work as part of a team and the ability to interact with all levels of customers and internal support teams
Ability to work with diverse business groups in remote geographical facilities within the business unit
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong systemic mindset and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze and interpret critical data
Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Business related field of study.
7+ years experience
Experience in the manufacturing sector preferred
