Use an ODBC connection to the the PartTran table to write a query. I
know there is account information stored for the transaction as well as
a field called "PostedToGL". You should be able to write a query to
pull the information you are looking for.

Our CFO has asked if there is any way to gather the following
information in
a much faster manner than he is doing at this time.
He wants to us only the Account Totals found at the bottom of the
Inventory/WIP Account Reconciliation Report. He is running this report
for
several different accounts (one at a time), and the run time for all of
them
takes about 1 1/2 hours. That's alot of time out of one persons day,
each
day to get him the totals he is wanting to used in a spreadsheet.
I have looked for a way to recreate this report and be able to enter
multiple accounts so that the report need only be run once, even though
it
would be lengthy, but have not had much luck. I tried looking for
report
notes, but could not find anything on that either.
We are still on 5.0 at this time. Anyone have any suggestions or know
of
something that is so obvious I can't see it?
