How to set Receipt Entry to use Mass Receipts Customization

our version: Epicor 9.05.701

Mass receipts screen is a subform of receipt entry. It is accessed via Receipt Entry Actions menu.

We had a consultant customize our mass receipts screen. I changed the regular receipt entry screen by adding a new customization based on what was already there. I added a new field to the screen but I changed the customization name.

I think I need to change the name of the subform to match the new customization but I don’t know how to do that. The mass receipts subform has no place that I can click Tools > Customization.

In order to get to the customization window on a subform do the following:

  1. Enable Developer mode.
  2. Open the parent form and choose the correct customization.
  3. Open the subform and choose the correct customization.
  4. When the subform is open, right click in a blank area and the customization option appears.
  5. Then save the customization as the exact same name as the parent form.
