Fixed Assets & FAS SAGE

We are implementing ERP 10 replacing an outdated SAP installation. The Fixed Assets Module was purchased as part of the implementation. Our understanding is that the Fixed Asset Module is limited in functionality for
Federal and State tax reporting. Our controller is advocating to keep FAS and transfer data between Epicor and FAS.
Any insight on FAS \ Epicor environment is appreciated
Can the Epicor Fixed Assets Module replace FAS?

Epicor ERP 10 support multiple Books, multiple Asset registers and multiple calendars. The three functionalities can be setup to manage Federal and State tax reporting.
