Where are file attachments stored in E9? Same for E10?

Yes. XFileRef and XFileAttach. E10 has more options on Document Types (DocStar).

Now, if you’re talking about the actual files, these have never been stored in the Epicor DB in E9 or E10. However, you can have an image stored as a blob in E10.

I think the location also depends on how it’s setup in company maint. Whether attachments are: just referenced, uploaded to the server, or using SharePoint.

At least that’s how it is on E10.

There are more settings in the Document Type maintenance too

(Again, at least in E10)

Thanks everyone. Found it under Company Maint > Attachments in E10 and also found file repository for E9.
