Field Service Module

I do not want to write a book about the Field Service Module pro's and con's
here on the onelist. We have purchased the module and at the present time
having a hard time to fully integrate it. Some of the issues are inherent
to our company. We are still waiting for a patch to fix 2 bugs within the
module now. I expect that soon. The one big caution I do have, if you
utilize the Project feature within Vantage, none of the Field Service
Project related costs flow back to the main project at all. This will not
be fixed until Cairo. If you have further questions you can contact me
offline at any time.
