Export list of messages in an outlook folder

Anyone know how to export a list of the messages in an outlook folder?

I don’t want the messages themselves. But rather a directory of the messages.

Ideally in a CSV or tab delimited format. So that:

"From","Subject","Received"
"no-reply@matcor.com","Shipment Notifcastion. Order ...","Thu 2/21/2019 4:01 PM"
etc...

Never mind … I found it in Outlook.

  1. Select the folder
  2. File-> Import & Export…
  3. Choose Export to a file
  4. Choose COmma Sep Values (Windows)
  5. Select the folder
  6. Select File
  7. Select fields and mapping
  8. Next to start the export

FTR I did, try that google thing. But was flooded with results on how to export the whole messages.
