Epicor Mobile IIS settings to allow external access #e10

Hi,

I am trying to setup Epicor Mobile to be accessed from outside our network. Do you know of any particular setting on IIS? Any specific ports that need to be opened in the firewall? We created a subnet on our internet domain and open a specific port for it and it takes us to a login page but then nothing happens. I can log internally using the “default” link.

The legacy Field Service?
EMA v1 or v2?
Mobile CRM?
All have different variations on deployment so …

It was EMA v2 but we figured it out: an issue with the firewall and port mapping.
