Hello, we are new to Epicor and we are trying to process our first invoice through epicor cloud. Our invoice shows reviewing. I’ve gone to Review Journal and it says that our 110 account (AR) is not active. However, when I go to the GL account, it shows that it is. Please help!

This should be a pretty quick fix for Epicor finance support, give them a ring
