Hoping someone can shed some lights here. We had setup EKM with author/collaborator. When we assigned a user to Administrator role, they can see the workareas. When users are set as Master Author, they don’t. Is there a setting that needs to be set? Under the permission for role, we did ensure that the role can create, edit, and delete Woarkareas. Any ideas?
