I think it would be a good idea to have “E10 SaaS” as a separate category. There are some differences and limitations in functionality and customization between E10 In-House and E10 SaaS.

Hmm we certainly could… however I fear that any question posted in that category may be ignored by most of the participants since most people don’t use SaaS? Even though there are differences functionality wise (except BPMs) Epicor functions pretty much the same as a SaaS deployment so it would be good for everyone to be able to answer the question.
Thoughts?

I agree with Jose….because it has few people using it, you lose out on those that could potential help.

indeed… and not only that, we must choose very carefully about adding categories or the interface becomes very difficult to navigate having to scroll unnecessarily to access all the categories.
