Computer Associates has a new FREE program called 'Mail Watcher'. Mail
Watcher monitors your system looking for "suspicious" activity - it works

Hello,
If you had received a email from me a while ago today, it contains 3
viruses. I was infected by this virus somehow and it automatically forwarded
the email to you. It was not my intention. I did not do it. Please disregard
any email that you would have received from me without a subject this
morning. I did not mean to do it. I never knew this happened when I finally
found out. I have cleaned the system now. The viruses that was carried by
the emails are IRC/Stages.worm, VBS/Stages.14559 and VBS/Stages.2543. I
sincerely apologize for any inconvience this might have caused you.
