So, I am trying to add a new line to an Misc Invoice and it keeps saying the error Cust Ship to not found. So I went to customer entry and it is listed as one of the ShipTo. So, I am not understanding what is going on.
The issue has been fixed. Here is how you fix the issue. A simple button. LOL!
Path to Fix: Customer MaintenanceShip To tabDetail TabLower right hand corner a drop down menu says Territory source. An option is Synchronize to Customer.
That fixed it.
We had the same error today and our solution was a little different. Somehow the Customer.ShipToNum field that stores the primary shipto number was referencing a shipto id that did not exist. We marked one of the other shipto’s as primary and then removed it. This cleared the value in the Customer.ShipToNum field and this resolved the invoice issue.
