We have be having issues with customer connect searching part numbers. Does anyone use CC still? Have you had any issues or have you customized CC in a way to make it more compatible with today’s browsers? I know it uses frames which is an old technology. We have been able to support Chrome and IE but now it appears Chrome will no longer search. I am not sure how to properly troubleshoot the issue if anyone has suggestions, other than contacting Epicor as they no longer support it I would appreciate it.
