Has anyone run conversion program 9527 before and should everyone be out of Epicor when running it or just Finance? It can take anywhere from 1 hr to 1 day.
we commonly run it afterhours because since it takes a lot of time, it can affect performance on all the Epicor processes. Since it recalculates credit balances for the customers we dont recommend to have users creating orders, invoices, payments, etc.
