When entering a case, our CSRs see this dialog pop up probably 10 times while entering the "Related To" information on the Case tab:
"Do you want defaults?"
Does anyone have any ideas about a way we could just default to YES on this dialog? Maybe there is a parameter on the BO method call, would there be a way to force it to something else through a BPM? Maybe there is a config/setting somewhere for this we haven't located?
Seems like something other companies would have run into.
