We have a ShipTo data directive that is giving us random problems. It seems that it may be tied to a changing ShipTo.ETCAddrChg field. According to the Data Dictionary, this field is “Used to determine if an address changed because of the tax integration. If true, the tax integration changed the address.”.
Does anyone know when/why/how this field is actually updated?
